  • ActivEdge Personal Trainers provide guidance on meal planning to ensure your success while maintaining satiety and energy levels throughout the day.

2. Cardio

  • Cardio-respiratory exercise will increase your daily calorie burn, increase cardiovascular health, and help improve your overall physical well being.
  • ActivEdge Personal Trainers will design tailored cardio programs for you every 2-3 weeks based on your results by varying the Frequency, Intensity, Time and/or Type of exercise.

  • ActivEdge Personal Trainers will assess your diet, then give you recommendations based on your nutritional habits and goals.
